So, I never told anybody this, but at the 2009 dry grad, I went to see a psychic. She looked at my hand and said, "Aww, you love children."
I replied, "Yes."
She said, "You will work with children... you will hate it. It'll drive you to your vices."
And of course at the time I thought, "Pshaw." But it turned out to be true. I worked at a Day Care and it drove me to drinking and smoking. So I thought, "Screw this!"
So now I'm back in BC (obviously) with my amazing family, wonderful friends, an AMAZINGLY wonderfully fantastic and supportive boyfriend, and I sat down with mom who is a paralegal assistant. We were going over facts and such, and finally it hit us. She said, "Janelle, you're fascinated with law and psychology. You have been since you were freakin' ten." I didn't clue in, of course, because I was still puzzling on the case that she was working on. Then it hit me: forensic psychologist! I'm going to get my Ph. D in psychology and minor in criminology. I'm screwed up enough, a bit more information on psychopaths shouldn't be too jading
STOKED ON LIFE.
Also, I'm now 15 pounds away from being the weight I was in highschool. That's right. Since the begining of last may, I have lost a total of 71 (the one MATTERS, okay?) pounds
. WOOT! How, may you ask?... I dumped my shitty ex, got off my lazy ass and started exercising and eating right
Promotion didn't happen, but that's okay because I now have a plan!
Again, it's still raining. There's nothing beautiful about rain. I shan't capture it with my camera.
